Enhancing Site Management

Our managed service is a process which we have developed over years of working in the industry, identifying inefficiencies and the looking for improvements. We continually listen to our clients and look to take on responsibility for any aspect of build which further aids the aim of a complete snag free installation.

Our managed services include;

• Full site survey covering all design checks, buildability and dependency confirmation for trades involved in the proposed works
• Project management and planning – our inhouse Electrical, Rigging and Logistics specialist will produce a complete programme of works. Permitting, outages and H&S documentation form part of our back office service
• All rigging, electrical and steelwork required for the works will be sourced and supplied
• In house labour complete the works planned by our unrivalled back office
• Site deliveries and clearance handled by our Logistics departments
• Seamless handover from RHOP to 18th Edition certification
